Established in 2020 our journey began with the Global Pandemic COVID-19 when there was chaos all around the globe. With the courage and dedication of our Founder, and Mentor Mr. Ashfaq Ahmad we took first our few very important steps.
Steadily moving towards our goal, we registered our company from a proprietorship to a Private Limited firm. The Sales and Service-oriented company can't grow without its customers, mTm was grateful from the beginning to receive such exceptional support from its customers #mTm is thriving just because of its customers.
Our journey in the first financial year 2020-2021 was remarkable considering a startup established while a pandemic was going on. We were successful to create a turnover of rupees 1.508 Cr in just six months, creating this wealth was not an easy task. We were lucky enough to tie up with corporate customers which helped us to grow significantly faster than our competitors in the market. Coming to our role in the service sector we were able to setup up 1000 new #CSP (Grahak Seva Kendra/Customer Service Points) all over India especially focusing on states like Assam, West Bengal, Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, and Orissa. We are grateful that we were able to increase rural income substantially through our CSP Network. We are planning to set up around 2000 more CSPs (Grahak Seva Kendra/Customer Service Points) in this financial year.
Our star products i.e. most selling products were Pax Pinpad D180C, Mantra MFS100, Tatvik TMF20, Epson Passbook Printer PLQ-35, Receipt and Label Thermal Printers (58mm, 88mm), POS Machine, Morefun MP63, Laser Barcode Scanner, Biometric Enabled Thermal Printer and many other Kiosk, Computer Hardware. In the last Financial Year, we recorded the highest sale of
Pax D180C Pinpad through our #mTmStore and offline Customers.
We have also managed to build our own payment Application with the Name of mTmPe, where our customers can withdraw money through AEPS, Credit and Debit Card which is a Necessity these days. mTmPe Application can also be used while paying utility bills. All these activities are done on our Customer Service Points where our Customer Service Providers (Retailers).
Solely, for this Application We have introduced our Independent POS Machine in Collaboration with Wiseasy (the Popular POS Device Manufacturer), we have Integrated the Wiseasy P3 F1 device in our application, which means it can be used in AEPS Cash Withdrawal and Debit Card Transactions at various counters.
